• Equipment Needs Assessment:
o Collaborate closely with the Registration and Event Logistics Coordinator to get an accurate count of all necessary equipment, including canopies, tables, chairs, traffic cones, and communication radios.
• Ordering and Communication:
o Manage the ordering process with the Cincinnati ToolBank, ensuring all rental requests are submitted accurately and on time.
o Maintain clear and consistent communication with ToolBank staff to coordinate pickup and return schedules.
• Logistics and Transportation:
o Take ownership of the pickup of all rented equipment from the ToolBank on the Friday before the event.
o Ensure the safe and efficient transportation of all items to Summit Park and the staging of equipment for a smooth setup process.
o Return all items to the ToolBank on the Monday following the event.
• On-Site Coordination:
o Lead the setup and placement of all rented canopies, tables, chairs, and traffic cones according to the event layout plan.
o Distribute communication radios to key staff and volunteers as needed on the day of the event.
